Argentina – Closure of Land Border Crossings for Entry into the Country

Foz de Iguazu - Argentina - Brasil

The Argentine National Government decided to close entry to the Argentine Republic through land border crossings due to the global epidemiological situation and the increase in coronavirus cases in the region, neighboring countries, and the Argentine Republic.

Thus, Argentine citizens and/or foreign residents who need to return to the country may only do so through the Ezeiza International Airport, Buenos Aires Province, the San Fernando International Airport in San Fernando, Buenos Aires Province, the Jorge Newbery Metropolitan Airport in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and/or the Port of Buenos Aires (Buquebús Terminal) located in the Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires.
